Contract Recruitment (In-house)
Hiring an external recruiter for in-house recruitment to fill the most difficult jobs is a sound investment. As your in-house recruiters, we will coordinate with the various agencies and will advertise job vacancies on our own websites, coordinate internal employee referrals, work with external associations, trade groups and/or focus where necessary on campus graduate recruitment. We will make sure suitable candidates are interviewed and we help managers evaluate them (though we never make the final choice for them). While job postings are common, networking is by far the most significant approach when reaching out to fill positions and hiring a recruiter during periods where there are multiple hires to bring on board will save you time and money. Some specialized industry jobs are better suited and can often be filled faster by using the resources of an external recruiter.
Once you have outlined the abilities your management team will require, we will take the time to consider your company’s capabilities and the people who already work for you and the fresh perspective new talent can bring. We listen to your company’s needs, learn and “feel” its culture, acquaint ourselves with your employees and discover what makes them “tick”.
